The sixth grade leads all elementary grades across the county in attendance percentage.  The sixth grade at Red River currently has a 97.23% attendance percentage for the year so far.  Regular school attendance, showing up on time and staying the full day improves classroom learning.  Additionally good attendance habits are crucial to becoming college and career ready as adults.  Employers value workers who are dependable, on time, show up for work each day, and stay the full day.  A huge thanks to all the staff and parents of Red River Elementary for encouraging good attendance.  A special thanks also to the students of the sixth grade for their dedication with attendance.
