Each year we take a rewards trip to Washington DC with 46 8th grade students and an after-school party including a trip to the bowling alley and movie theater in Mt. Sterling for both 7th and 8th graders.  We try to use these incentives to promote and encourage successful habits at school in the areas of 1)grades, 2)test scores, 3)attendance, and 4)behavior. We value each of those four areas, and students earn points in each. To see the scoring guidelines for each area, please see THIS document.

***Please note the rewards trip to Washington DC is NOT the 8th Grade Class Trip. That trip is to Kings Island and takes place later in the year.
